1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Convra AI, an AI communication coaching service operated under Galaksi AI ("Convra," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website, Android app, iOS app if released, backend services, AI features, content, subscriptions, notifications, and related products (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, signing in with Google, enabling notifications, recording audio, starting a live session, or using any AI coaching feature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Convra AI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login methods, devices, and account sessions. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including use by anyone who has access to your device or sign-in method. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We may require identity, account, billing, or device verification before acting on sensitive requests.

3. Educational and Simulation Nature of the Service

Important: Convra AI is a training, practice, roleplay, and simulation tool. AI feedback, scores, scenarios, transcripts, summaries, reminders, and suggestions are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not professional legal, financial, medical, mental health, hiring, employment, immigration, or career counseling advice.

You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the Service. We do not guarantee that AI feedback is accurate, complete, suitable, unbiased, safe, or appropriate for your particular situation. You should use independent judgment and consult qualified professionals where needed.

4. AI Features and Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate scenarios, roleplay responses, coaching feedback, transcripts, summaries, scores, practice plans, persona insights, and related content. AI systems can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unexpected, delayed, unavailable, or inconsistent across sessions.

Persona traits, identity labels, and communication insights are practice-based coaching signals generated from your activity and AI analysis. They are not clinical, psychological, diagnostic, employment, or personality assessments, may change as you complete more sessions, and should not be treated as a fixed, authoritative, or professional evaluation of you or any other person.

  • You must review and verify AI outputs before relying on or sharing them.
  • You may not represent AI outputs as human professional advice.
  • You may not use the Service for safety-critical, regulated, emergency, medical, legal, or high-stakes decision-making.
  • You may not use the Service to make employment, hiring, promotion, credit, insurance, housing, legal, medical, immigration, or similar high-impact decisions about another person.
  • We may apply safety filters, usage limits, rate limits, abuse monitoring, moderation, and provider policy controls.
  • We may refuse, limit, remove, or regenerate outputs that violate these Terms, provider policies, platform rules, or applicable law.

5. Voice, Audio, Microphone, and Notifications

Some features require microphone access and may process voice, audio, transcripts, and related metadata. You grant us permission to process the audio and content you submit to provide live coaching, speech analysis, feedback, scoring, progress tracking, persona insights, and related functionality.

Do not record or submit any person without the consent required by applicable law. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or third-party information unless you have the right to do so and accept the risks of AI processing.

If you enable notifications, we may send practice reminders, inactivity nudges, test notifications, account alerts, and service messages. Notifications are not guaranteed and may depend on your device settings, platform services, network, permissions, and operating system behavior.

6. Your Content and License to Us

"Your Content" includes audio, speech, text, scripts, roleplay responses, profile details, feedback, uploaded files, prompts, custom scenarios, support messages, and any other information you submit to the Service. You retain ownership of Your Content, subject to the rights granted in these Terms.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, reproduce, display, modify, analyze, create derived data from, and use Your Content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, provide, personalize, improve, and support the Service, enforce these Terms, investigate misuse or complaints, maintain usage records, and comply with law.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed to submit Your Content and grant this license.

7. Our Content and Intellectual Property

Convra AI, including its software, user interface, designs, logos, trademarks, prompts, workflows, lessons, scenarios, generated templates, brand assets, data structures, scoring frameworks, and other materials we provide, is owned by Galaksi AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business training purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, modify, scrape, reverse engineer, extract, replicate, or exploit the Service except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, contract, platform rule, app store policy, payment-provider rule, or third-party right.
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, exploit, deceive, impersonate, or harm any person or group.
  • Create or request hateful, sexual, abusive, deceptive, violent, illegal, infringing, or otherwise harmful content.
  • Record, upload, or process another person's voice or personal data without required consent.
  • Submit malware, secrets, passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs, regulated data, or data you are not authorized to share.
  • Automate access, scrape data, overload systems, bypass rate limits, bypass payment controls, or abuse AI usage limits.
  • Probe, scan, test, disrupt, or compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, extract, replicate, or compete with our models, prompts, workflows, software, or provider services.
  • Submit false complaints, false support claims, fraudulent refund requests, fraudulent chargebacks, or misleading reports about your account, usage, billing, or app behavior.

9. Subscriptions, Fees, Billing, and Usage Limits

Some features may be free, limited, promotional, paid, or subscription-based. Plans may include limits on AI minutes, live sessions, scenarios, practice recordings, mastery tracks, notifications, storage, or other usage. We may change plan names, pricing, limits, included features, promotional terms, or eligibility from time to time.

For Android apps distributed through Google Play, paid digital features, subscriptions, or in-app functionality will use Google Play's billing system where required by Google Play policy, unless an allowed exception or enrolled alternative billing program applies. We will not intentionally direct Android users from the app to an external payment method for paid digital features where Google Play policy prohibits that flow.

Web purchases, if offered, may be handled through Lemon Squeezy or another payment processor. App store purchases, renewals, cancellations, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and billing support may also be subject to Google Play, Apple App Store, payment processor, card network, bank, and tax rules. Unless required by law or platform policy, fees are non-refundable.

We may enforce fair-use limits, throttle access, suspend usage, require plan changes, correct entitlements, or block activity if usage is excessive, automated, abusive, fraudulent, technically harmful, unpaid, disputed, reversed, or inconsistent with normal human use.

10. Usage Records, Complaints, and Disputes

We may keep account, session, usage, entitlement, notification, support, diagnostic, and billing records to operate the Service, enforce limits, debug problems, comply with law, and investigate complaints, refund requests, fraud, abuse, chargebacks, false claims, or disputed usage.

If a dispute arises, we may rely on our system records, provider logs, payment-provider records, app store records, and support history to evaluate what occurred. We will correct records that we determine are inaccurate, but you agree not to submit misleading evidence or false claims about usage, billing, notifications, account activity, or app behavior.

11. Third-Party Services and Platform Terms

The Service relies on third-party services such as Supabase, Google Sign-In, Google Gemini / Google AI services, Google Cloud infrastructure, Firebase Cloud Messaging, mobile operating systems, app stores, and payment processors. Your use of these services may be subject to their own terms, policies, privacy notices, and availability limits.

We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, model behavior, API changes, account restrictions, platform review decisions, notification delivery failures, payment processing issues, app store decisions, or third-party content.

12. Privacy and Account Deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information. By using the Service, you agree that we may process information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may request account deletion by contacting support@convra.ai. Some records may be retained where required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute, or compliance purposes.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or liability, abused the Service, caused technical issues, violated law, failed payment verification, submitted false claims, or used the Service in a way that may harm users, providers, third parties, platforms, payment systems, or us.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including ownership, licenses, payment obligations, usage records, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, RELIABILITY, SECURITY, AND THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

We do not warrant that AI outputs, scores, transcripts, feedback, notifications, reminders, roleplay behavior, usage counters, limits, or recommendations will be accurate, complete, unbiased, current, safe, timely, uninterrupted, or suitable for your needs.

We do not guarantee that all features, modules, AI models, reminders, recordings, transcripts, scoring, dashboards, usage counters, plan limits, notifications, or integrations will be available, accurate, or uninterrupted at all times. Temporary or permanent unavailability, delay, error, degradation, or removal of any feature does not create a right to damages, compensation, refund, credit, or other claims, except where required by applicable law or mandatory platform policy.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GALAKSI AI, CONVRA AI, AND THEIR OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, PROVIDERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, REPUTATION, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR USD $100.

16. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Galaksi AI, Convra AI, and their owners, directors, employees, contractors, partners, suppliers, providers, and affiliates from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Service, Your Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your violation of platform or payment-provider rules, your misuse of AI outputs, your submission of false claims, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

17. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version and changing the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required by law or platform policy. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Galaksi AI's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise. You and we agree to try to resolve disputes informally first by contacting support@convra.ai and providing enough information to investigate the issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

19. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, financing, or by operation of law.
